  1. Doesn’t the oxalate in spinach & soy block its absorption? Kale doesn’t share that problem.

  2. Another useless “health” article. It does an excellent job of listing foods containing iron — clearing a hilariously low bar. What it neglects to point out is one of the most common causes of iron deficiency — low stomach acid.

  3. It would’ve been most helpful if this article pointed out that one of the most common causes of iron deficiency is poor absorption resulting from low stomach acid.
