    It’s not advisable in pregnancy. It seems it raises testosterone levels, and elevates the risk of miscarriage. Otherwise, it’s a safe supplement.

  2. I’ve used it but I’ve noticed using more than a tiny amount seems to send me into some “second wind” euphoria where I’m awake, kinda like pulling an all nighter.

    It doesnt seem to me that “more is better.” A study of quantity seems worthwhile to me.
