One would have to be quite daring to brew tea from poison ivy (my horse liked poison oak) or suicidal to brew tea from poison hemlock. I think it is irresponsible to give a broad-brush approval to generic herbal teas. Sellers of herbal teas often make claims that have not been studied or verified.
