Euclid Mission News

The Euclid mission is a space telescope project led by the European Space Agency (ESA) with contributions from NASA. Scheduled for launch in 2023, its primary aim is to study the “dark universe,” which includes dark matter and dark energy, two of the most profound mysteries of cosmology. Euclid will do this by mapping the geometry of the dark universe over vast stretches of cosmic history, helping scientists understand how the universe has expanded and how its structure has evolved over billions of years.
