Launched in 1995, the Solar & Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) is a collaboration between the European Space Agency and NASA. SOHO’s primary mission is to help astronomers answer fundamental questions about the Sun’s solar interior, solar wind, and outer solar atmosphere.
