Virtual Reality (VR) is a computer-generated simulation in which users can interact within an artificial three-dimensional environment using electronic devices, such as special goggles with a screen or gloves fitted with sensors. VR creates a convincing, interactive world for the user by simulating not only visual but often also auditory and other sensory experiences. This technology has a broad range of applications, from entertainment and gaming to education, training, and therapy. In the gaming industry, VR provides an immersive experience that enhances user engagement by making the gameplay environment seem incredibly lifelike. Beyond entertainment, VR is used in simulating real-world environments for training purposes, such as flight simulators for pilots or medical procedures for doctors.
